CUSTOMER SERVICE

This has got to be one of the funniest I've heard of in a long time.  I think this guy should have been promoted, not fired. This is a true story from the WordPerfect Help Line which was transcribed from a recording monitoring the customer care department. Needless to say, the Help Desk employee was fired. However, he is currently suing the WordPerfect organization for "Termination without Cause." This is the actual dialogue of a former WordPerfect Customer Support employee (now I know why they record these conversations).

"Rich Hall, computer assistance; may I help you?"
"Yes, well, my name is Lori & I'm having trouble with WordPerfect."
"What sort of trouble?"
"Well, I was just typing along, and all of a sudden the words went away."
"The words went away?"
"They disappeared."
"Hmmm.  So what does your screen look like now?"
"Nothing."
"Nothing?"
"It's a blank; it won't accept anything when I type."
"Are you still in WordPerfect, or did you get out?"
"How do I tell?"
"Can you see the C: prompt on the screen?"
"What's a sea-prompt?"
"Never mind, can you move your cursor around the screen?"
"There isn't any cursor: I told you, it won't accept anything I type."
"Does your monitor have a power indicator?"
"What's a monitor?"
"It's the thing with the screen on it that looks like a TV. Does it have a little light that tells you when it's on?"
"I don't know."
"Well, then look on the back of the monitor and find where the power cord goes into it. Can you see that?"
"Yes, I think so."
"Great. Follow the cord to the plug, and tell me if it's plugged into the wall."
"Yes, it is."
"When you were behind the monitor, did you notice that there were two cables plugged into the back of it, not just one?"
"No."
"Well, there are. I need you to look back there again and find the other cable."
"Okay, here it is."
"Follow it for me, and tell me if it's plugged securely into the back of your computer."
"I can't reach."
"Uh huh. Well, can you see if it is?"
 "No."
"Even if you maybe put your knee on something and lean way over?"
"Oh, it's not because I don't have the right angle, it's because it's dark."
"Dark?"
"Yes, the office light is off, and the only light I have is coming in from the window."
"Well, turn on the office light then."
"I can't."
"No? Why not?"
"Because there's a power failure."
"A power...... a power failure?.... Aha, Okay, we've got it licked now".
"Do you still have the boxes and manuals and packing stuff your computer came in?"
"Well, yes, I keep them in the closet."
"Good. Go get them, and unplug your system and pack it up just like it was when you got it.  Then take it back to the store you bought it from."
"Really? Is it that bad?"
"Yes, I'm afraid it is."
"Well, all right then, I suppose.  What do I tell them?"
"Tell them you're too f***ing stupid to own a computer."

HAHAHA. Nice

Craaaaaaaaap. Last normal high school day tomorrow!

Exactly a month from now, I will be on a plane to see my daddy-yo! Yahoo!

Funny how I super wanted this week to end already last Monday. I wanted to get it over and done with. But then, as the week was ending, I didn't want it to end anymore. Tss, Freak.

Last Wednesday and Thursday, we had free CLE periods. But then, we were all senti and shit coz we were saying what we'll miss about the class. *all curse words come out* It's hard to put that into words ah. REALLY. So what did I say?

                           “You’re gonna make me cry!!”

Haha. I love it.

Seriously though, I'll miss a lot of things about my class. No else can be the Kahunas except us. So those freshies who are planning to call themsleves Kahunas when we leave, WEH. Haha! Anyway, here's a list of the stuff I'll miss:

Ø      going in classroom in the morning then you see the same early people. Lialb, Andymac, Andy Ng, Marga, Marnee, etc.

Those are the ones I can remember now.. By the way, I'm not crying. Nyahaha! If anyone (from IV-3) can add to my list, comment!

CONGRATULATIONS TO MY LOVE, MEG PANOPIO! SHE'S ONE OF THE 10 OUTSTANDING STUDENTS OF MAKATI! I'M SO DAMN PROUD OF HER! LOVE YOU BABE!

Raina, Anaj and I attended the ceremony in PCI bank yesterday. All of their speeches were really good! I loved Meg's though! Very nice!

After that, Raina and I were dropped off at school coz Aina left her stuff there. We changed then walked to Kat's house. We came at 9 and only Carrie, Pia, Michelle, Jiv, Pasia, Patb and Kat were there. Great. So Pia called sila Berta to come and we played "cards". They wanted me to get drunk. Boo. I hate Asahi! Ekk. But the game was cool. Maybe we'll play it again soon. we were all just chilling, learning poker, drinking, dancing, watched our winning routine, etc. When Nica came, drinking was THE thing! I love Coco Lychee Nica and Naughty Nica! AHHHH! The best! I wasn't tipsy or anything but I was speaking in a weird manner.. But then I wasn't feeling hilo or anything. It was just the way I was talking. GIA GOT DRUNK! WOOHOO! Haha!

Awww. Whatta fun day.

I am not a high school student anymore. All I have to do is pass all my subjects,  march up that stage and get my diploma. YAHOO!  College na 'toh!

This means I won't see the same people everyday anymore. Pata kasi eh! Super senti kanina! She wanted to cry after the Physics test. We had our last class picture "as high school" students earlier. I mean... It's just graduation till were not NOT in high school anymore. Ahh. I don't get myself anymore. Is there an "I-miss-high-school-even-if-it's-not-yet-over" syndrome?  

One person will surely get what I'm saying... Tina?  

DAMN.. How schizo can I get? Haha. Ohwel carousel.

But since it's our last day of tests today, it means that pre-ball is TOMORROW! YEAAAAAAH! I'm so excited!! I can't even pinpoint the main reason why.. Nyahaha. Labo!  Time to get drunk!

Yes.. This is the year when most, if not all, of us in the batch turns 18. This is our "we-are-now-adults" year. Yay!

The first one in our kada to turn 18 is... *dandadadan* CAS!

We watched a movie in GB with the whole kada first...

Then we had dinner in Zong, Fort. YUMMY FOOD! ~

During lunch, I was with my kada in the Assumpta Court eating lunch. We were just hanging out and talking about our Grade school days. We remembered how we used to write TCCIC (take care coz i care), JAPAN (just always pray at night), etc. before we end a letter. We were all laughing about how stupid they seem now.. We also talked about how people use LOL and LMAO a lot. So... We decided to make our own! Hahaha!

1. KMA - I said it meant "Kiss my ass" but then I remembered Raina... If she'll be one to use it, it'll probably mean "KISS ME ALREADY." HAHAHA! But then Jiv had a better idea but it fits Aina only. It's "KISS *TOOT*, AINA!" OH YES. You fill in what the *toot* is. Haha! We just LOVE teasing Aina.

2. MACI - This is a kada secret... But then again, if you want to know, you can ask any of us... We'll be nice enough to share it with you. Haha!

This is what we talk about when we have more than enough free time and we get all sabaw already. Haha! I love my girls!

We're leaving in 2 days.. A 16 hour plane ride to see my daddy and all our other relatives. Am I excited? I dunno. I can't decide. Something inside me is hindering me from enjoying the trip.. Maybe it's the uncertainty of ever coming back. Wait, let me rephrase that.. It is the uncertainty of the trip. Haaay. My dad's undecided pa kasi eh. Ohwel..

Enough drama... I was out with my dear kabarkadas last Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We were with Job, Mikey, Miggy and Diego last Tues. Watched Glory Road in Promenade then stayed in Floyd's to hang out. Laughtrip grabe sila Mikey and Miggy! Haha! Brokeback na 'toh! The best!

Left for Bern's house at around 11ish.. We brought her home then we went to my house to get my bag and the game boards then we headed for Budda's house to get her stuff then finally, we were on our way home to Jiv's house.. Haha! Naging school bus yung van ni Jiv. Ahloveit! We slept at 1230.. Actually, Budda and I fell asleep at that time. Jiv, Aina and Cas watched Dirty Dancing pa til around 130 or 2. I woke up pa when they were talking about the underground Salsa club that Aina will put up.. It will be called RAINA NEGRA. Hahaha! You are all invited to the opening.

Bern came at 730 and woke us all up! She slapped Cas' butt real hard that it woke us all up! Hahaha! Then we ate, showered then left to pick Meg up. By 11, we arrived in Jiv's Tagaytay mansion.. It's the best hang out house in the world! Better than my family's rest house! Nyahaha!

We just ate, watched dvds, indulged in iced tea, and played board games all afternoon... When it was dark outside, Ate Tina brought out the Magic Mic and we were all singing at the top of our lungs.. Laughtrip! We dedicated a song pa to Budda as our "goodbye" song for her.. She taped it. then Jiv and I went off to the kitchen and made screw drivers! After that, we played the drinking card game.. I dunno what it's called talaga eh. Haha. I got the first consequence card and they told me at first to call Job then they changed their minds and told me to call Carlos then Meg suggested that I should just call Miggy and they ALL agreed. No choice, I called him. But luckily, he didn't pick up. HAHA. Then Budda had to call someone.. I cannot put his name here coz of vertain reasons. Then Meg had to call someone also.. Cannot reveal their names, sorry. Haha! Then lastly, Cas had to call Miggy.. But we all ended up talking to him! He's super laughtrip man! Haha! Bagong kabarkada! Niiiice

When the cruisers (Meg and I had 5, I think..) and the screwdriver was taking its effect, we played Taboo. More laughtrip moments man!

Raina: It is used by babies.. To protect babies.

Meg: Condom??

WAHAHAHA! Answer: Playpen

Raina: *says something about Globalization*

Marj: Global warming?

HAHAHA! SABAAAAAAW!

Meg: It's a chair with wheels..

Everyone: Wheelchair!

Meg: Ay shit. Taboo nga pala!

HAHAHA! Dami pang sablay moments but I'm lazy to put them all.
